Try this for an exercise...
Pick any other two random crap cards and memorise them, then see how often they suddenly 'come out'.
Like if someone suggests you should purchase a car that's not super common, suddenly you notice heaps more of them on the road.
In short, it's bollocks - you just got lucky with them and now they stand out more.
Having said that, 9T of spades is absolutely gun!

That is the same example that I thought of when I was composing my reply!

That was my point
9 10 is a very good hand. I went all in 910, clubs and hit a straight. Next game I was shortstack, dealt 910 suited, folded, flop comes 9, 9 7

Yes I do agree with Pete.
One night at poker some clown next to me made a massive call with 10 3 off and i just looked at him like wtf and he said to me, watch, sure enough 10 3 came out on the flop!!!!!
And now I stupidly keep my eye on this sorta crap and it does come out!!!!

And it's THE first thing I think about every time I see it. It's no longer Q2 its FoTi.
Guess you also have to look at the fact that if you go all in with that crud hand fifty times, how many times does it show it's awesomeness? Certainly not as much as MR Awesome. <Shakes head>

seems playing a season with no stamps/cards has taught you some thing about texas holdem /foldem poker.
m8.
I tried writing down every hand dealt to me in one night and then recording if I hit on anything... if it won , and how many hands I would have won if I had held/played to the River....
my summation over three night@three venues.
dealt 40- 50 hands a night . played 10-12 hands .. hit some thing 5-6 hands won maybe 4-5 hands.
realizations from this need to bluff more..... play my position harder .... read your opposition better both good and bad players.
AHH ...thats Poker and thats why I play it..
favourite 2 cards the two I play and win on !!!
favourite hand ...hitting and winning with trips
think playing K, K when dealt and playing them to win
would be my most rewarding play.

The same reason every thread on NPLSA reaches 5 pages after 7 minutes.
