But there should be something saying 50% of your squad has to be local.

not many, if any.

I think only Middlesborough have more than 3 academy players in their first team squads.

I wont call it football cause to me it will always be soccer, but what honestly frustrates me about the game and the reason i stopped watching it is that its not a level playing field. The clubs with the biggest money investors will win, its as simple as that.

As soon as a club produces a decent player, bang they get snapped up by a man u or chelsea for eg wayne rooney or sean wright phillips.

I really do enjoy watching soccer at an international level, as it is simply there best 11 versus our best 11. Not there 130 billion dollars versus our 10 milliion dollars.

Just my feelings im sure Pete will hammer me over this

man u, chelsea, livers well i hope hicks and gillet put ther hands in ther wallets and give raffa ca$h to play with. they are going to spend millions again

with my limited knowledge

Rio was brought thru the west ham juniors then bought by leeds and then manu

giggs is welsh but has benn there since he was like 13

rooney was stolen from everton

scholes i think is a locally produced

but thats from limited knowledge

oh the real reason im dirty on this game is im a leeds united man
