you can play the tourneys, but if you win a seat to say.. the NSW Finals you cant play it because you arent a NSW NPL player.

I would assume http://www.npl.com.au, then selecting Qld as the state.

If it is already set to SA, you can change the state. There is an option somewhere on the site.
