Bob, you really need to be more selective with your wording. Apparently it's just your sense of humour, but no-one else seems to get it. Making offensive comments & following it up with a smiley or 'LOL' is still offensive. I interpreted your comment as highly offensve to Garth & Annabelle and it's far from the first time too. Who are you to pass judgement? The head honchos at NPL know a lot more about this business and their staff than you ever will. So in future, if you cant say something nice (like everyone else in this thread was) then just show some restraint..............

I took the message the way it was intended. I didn't read into it what the staff did, didn't think it was there.

I think you will find that you too Des, have had to clarify a statement or two of your own in the past.

On a personal note, I detest texting and posting anything in general, as people with certain mentality (either they have a personal issue with you, they could be in a negative mood when they read the post, tired, drunk, etc) will always misinterpret what was said.

On another note - is it really necessary for the staff to get on this thread and also pass their own judgement, when I thought that Garth had dealt with it in his post?

Please dont get me wrong, I think Bob's comments were inappropiate & I also think if Garth or Annabelle replyed to Bob & told him his comments were unfair & maybe a little rude & to button it up (which Garth did) that is enough said.
We are all human and sometimes we make mistakes.
To all the other replyers, GET OFF BOBS BACK, what are you people all perfect and never made a mistake or done or said something you wish you could take back ???????????????

Which I enjoyed very much, got to catch up with a lot of people, so to Garth, Annabelle & all the staff I would like to thank you all for your efforts, This could not happen with out you all.
And finally to Garth, you my Friend are a fair dinkum good bloke, thank you for all your work, take care, enjoy your new challenges and hope to catch up again one day

Funny saying that about my comment which was only posted slightly after yours. It amuses me that your comments come across so arrogant all the time, yet in person I find you quite agreeable.

I agree with Tim. The NPL staff did a great job on the day, I enjoyed being a spectator and watching the team do their thang. Another flawless event with the usual suspects all stepping up again to create a first class event. Well done!!!
