just been scouting the shell website and have come across this
Shell Barmera
Unleaded 160.9
(in other words, its 6 or 7 cents cheaper than in Adelaide)
i guess what i am trying to say is, if you need to fill up, and you have enough to get to Barmera, WAIT!!!
Post here if you know of any other cheap fuel outlets on the way up
24 hours and 13 minutes to go!!

Yeah, I always found Barmera was as cheap as Adelaide... I had to fill up this morning, the light was on.
But I might fill up before I come back, so I have over half a tank for Adelaide driving.

I'm not perfect. I'm what perfect aspires to become

Re: The official "Cheap Fuel on the way to Berri" Thread
I found that borrowing a car that runs on gas did the trick
$45 total fuel cost there and back (about 60ish litres), took a couple of mates with me so it was about $10ish each.
Winnar!

Pardon me, but I think you'll find that's a shovel. See you next Tuesday!

The Swift did 420kms from fill to fill with 28l of fuel. Nice. Mind you, with 4 people on the way back, it was rather, er, squishy.
