Hey let us not drown out the most important thing in this thread - that Garth has suggested a regional teams event to settle this issue once and for all and I, from the CBD, am all in for that! If the right date is picked and a team would have me, I shall happily fly back from Sydney for it!

would love to see a regional teams game, perhaps we could have a perpetual trophy which could displayed proudly at the venues of that region on a rotating basis, oh and the bragging rights would be priceless

Should it be one team from each region or as many teams as there can be provided that each team only has players from a region? Of course, wandering players will have to decide once and for all where their allegiances lie (and in my case, CBD for sure)!
