You should be keeping it real and stick with npl. I've played a few apl games and it's like a big home game. Skill and respect level far higher wih npl. Roll-on State Finals!!!

I agree,.... my experience is that NPL has definately got better quality poker players...... and much better TD's

cant say i find much dif in the qual of poker between apl and npl overall. think it comes down to the different venues more than the different leagues. anyway as someone who likes playing poker and doesnt have any real allegiance to either (i think they are both great and have different strengths and weaknesses) i think its disapointing both couldnt have worked it out a little better. Now i, and many others, have to make a choice between the 2. WHich hurts both comps. oh well enough said about that. good luck all

I'm told they moved the date of theirs, but I can't confirm this.

It was something that was unavoidable, it wasn't done on purpose.

Just like I have to give up cricket for a game to play State Finals. Just gotta sort out where your priorities are.

Obviously mine aren't with cricket after taking 4 wickets last game and we're pushing to make finals... ooops!
