Gundog, as long as you don't wear jeans that have holes or tears in them you will be fine. Just don't wear your melbourne demons t-shirt - you won't be let in anywhere wearing that!!! :D

Hi there Guys & Gals. Did anyone recieve the "Sky City Qualifiers Welcome Pack"?????????????????????

Iv'e been meaning to ask one of the TD's (Hmmm, straight answer from Matty or Darren LOL good luck) but no seriously, I keep forgetting so I thought I'd see if anyone did or didn't get one.

Both the "Sky City intro" on the NPL site and Annabelles on the forum mentioned the "Welcome Pack".

But I never seen anyone carrying anything around on the day, and there didn't appear to be anything at the sign on desk.
Remember, It takes 8 muscles to smile :D and 40 to frown :(

I saw final table participants receive a show bag of Goodies which included food and table vouchers..

Hi there Bruce. The following partial quote is from the link that follows.

viewtopic.php?f=6&t=1653

Players can qualify for more than one flight! If you win multiple tournaments in multiple weeks, you have a second chance to take down one of these lucrative prizes. See our terms and conditions for more details.

There will be three designated $1/$2 cash game tables for NPL players only, plus Sky City will present all qualifiers with a welcome pack.

It does refer to "All qualifiers" and we were able to "qualify" for one or more flights, and a welcome pack means welcome, doesn't it??

Wouldn't you have been better off asking for the welcome pack on the DAY Bob?

"Hi, I was in here 2 weeks ago, and I didn't get my free coffee".
"Oh, okay, here you go"

Maybe the Welcome Pack included a pink wristband, and a lanyard with a NPL card on it??

Well, once again you have lived up to your reputation of being able to make another one of your most stupidest comments on the forum.

I was actually asking people who "qualified" if they had seen or received the "welcome Package" not the gonnawouldbeeees. :D

As far as asking on the day I thought I may have misread the Annabelle post. It wasn't until I recently read the post again that I had been meaning to ask one of my TD's.

Unlike you Bacon, I'm a regular at my coffee shop I get a free one regularly so I wouldn't bother asking.

As far as a pink wrist band. Well, I'll just leave that up to the likes of yourself as I'm sure you have a few from night clubbing.

And another NPL lanyard, hmmmmmm, it would have been nice to hang another one on the bedhead. :D

Well your OP stated "Hi Guys and Gals".. I fit into the former category, so I replied. Not once in your question did you "actually ask" people who qualified. :P

Hmmm, maybe it's just because i've got a pounding headache, or because it's Tanty Tuesday, but that seemed a tad ruder than it needed to be.

I wont comment because I start arguments.

Actually, I agree, Bob will say he is mucking around but I think it was a tad rude.

Sorry, I disagree...I see the humour in it, of course there is a little sting in it, but there is a smiley face in it! Bold was used for emphasis not yelling and abuse. Bob is a good bloke, look for the good and if you only see bad, read a happy poem, coz Bob would never outright be nasty (even with a whole heap of provocation).

ps - u deserved it Bacon ;) or should I say :x ....which is most diplomatic???
