My Casino Bad Beat last night

Played at the casino $45 freeze out last night. Feel i played well , didnt to anyhting stupid so got to the final table with a decent stack.

Just after the money bubble 6th place went out pretty quickly so we were down to 5 handed with blinds at 1/2 k . Folds rouns to the button who raises to 4 k , i peak down at KK push all in for 12 k. BB folds and dealer who only had a bout 16 k i reckon thinks for a while and calls ... I am dreading he has ace rag....but he turns up 66 so we have a 80/20...

Flop 6 9 10 (OUCH) turn 3 and ace on the river... game over thanks for coming! Got $95 so it wasnt all bad but it could have been better....thats poker though i guess......

the odds of either of you hiiting a set was the same so cant realy complain about that.

He probably felt he had to go sometime and mid pockets can be strong as well. infact pocket 6's is my favouirte hand

If he had 56s, and hit runner, runner 6s, that would be a bad beat - Not that anything like that has happened to me at all lately

heheh okay the thread should s be changed to the "unlucky way i went out of the tourney"....i took it well as i always do.. shook hands with the lad and wished everyone luck....i was happy to make the cash so yeah its all good.and as stated he had to make a move so yeah its poker....

Has anyone played wednesday night $65 freeze out at the casino , just wondering what they are like, more runners etc ?

More Runners, More Aggressive and More Action Players (ie will raise with anything and if you don't re-raise they could have done it with 67o and hit two pair or straight or whatever and completely ruin your AQs). You might like to call those players Wonky-Shonky's but if you let them dictate the table like that, well then.

just you would think your opposition could pick a better spot to risk most of his chips with a low pocket, he must of put u on overcards but still a big gamble on his behalf
