Organize ???

1 x white Board ---butcher paper sheets even A4 paper..

list venues/ nights. = 9 columns...

take names in groups of 4/5/6.. [ on the day even.. }.

tally points as per position of out...
runners = 92 1st out gets 1 point
winners gets 92 points .....team/venue with most points declared the winner..

KISS...... ( golf tourneys have progressive leaderboards. as seen on TV ;) would create some spectator interest.....

Cheers for the PM Bruce.

Bruce is right, this won't take too much time to work out if you get onto it straight away.

Bye the way Bruce, that scoring system is EXACTLY how i'm doing ours!

Plus team captains point are double.

I vote for someone doing the work for me. How are you choosing the captains? Venue leaders? Do captains have to pick team members from said venue?

why not make it easy for this first time, and just simply have it as 5 players that qualified for states at a particular venue. if one or more of those players dont show up, then just go down the leaderboard.

pride on the line?

There would have to be someone from the B&G area who would be smarter than the average B&Ger, and be able to setup a simple Excel spreadsheet for the event.

How hard would that be ? Oh there B&Ger not Riverlanders.
42.7 percent of all statistics are made up on the spot.
