I'm hoping in the footy season we will see the Crows/Port game on TEN (via the Fox stream) and the ONE showing the Melbourne/WB game (for example).

couple of Carlsbergs during the Crows game makes a good arvo too ;)

Pete, $45 at Fassina's!!
I'm not perfect. I'm what perfect aspires to become

What drugs are you on?

There's almost zero point in watching the sporting event if it's not live and there is a MASSIVE difference between watching it live and watching it on delay.

What a retarded thing to say.

Coffee, a bit of HOH1 and some pasta for breakfast (at 3.30pm, yes).

I've never understood the theory behind watching a sporting event live/delayed by an hour. Its cool watching it live, yeah. But provided you don't have the outcome spoiled by you, you still get to see the match. Some cities don't even get it broadcast, so you should be lucky.

Believe me, I understand the difference between watching something live/delayed. Live is definitely the better option. But watching something delayed by an hour or so is not the end of the world.

Yes, as a matter of fact it IS the end of the world :)

Chances of results not being spoiled are zero.
Pardon me, but I think you'll find that's a shovel. See you next Tuesday!

this won't happen bacon, because when the tv rights were drawn up, there wasn't a second channel

heard some talk about it on the radio a while ago, and apparently that won't happen

i thought the coverage of the formula one over the weekend was really good - they showed just the race and qualifying on channel 10, but had extended coverage on one, including all of the support races, press conferences etc. really good

also, 1 hour of sports tonight that wrapped up the whole weekend was really good

wednesday night at 10pm, looks like ONE as some APPT poker. should be interesting
