Still top 15 receive points.

Regardless of field size? That is surprising.

What about payouts tho, surely that will be field size dependent? and if that is the case, why not have a leaderboard based on cash winnings (as per golf)

At the end of Season 2 NPL will host a $10,000 Guaranteed invitational event open to all CBI qualifiers and those invited to buy into this event.

Can you clarify what is meant by "invited"?

Only that selected players and celebrities who have not qualified for this event (via the CBI regular events) but have showed some great performances over time will be invited to buy into this event as selected by NPL management.

Excelent. If last Friday nite was anything to go by I can't wait. Now people can choose between free roll & cash. Does that mean we don't have to listen to the line "if we were playin for real money he/she wouldnt have called"??????...................Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmm perhaps not.
Still I for one cant wait. Hey Garth just make sure theres one in the West of Adelaide so I can get there. Otherwise I have to start bitchin about drive times etc...............lol

There will be no cash content to rebuys and addons to regular CBI events at this stage.

All rebuys and addons will be strictly through passports.

With the hesitation of all major groups to take on CBI events until other venues have run it looks like our goal is to soft launch CBI events throughout the greater metro area.

Our goal will be ten - fifteen events by week 6 and as such the GTD Deep Stack event has been scaled down to $5,000 GTD.

I expect more than that by the end of the season but we will see.

By Season 3, hopefully the groups will have overcome their hesitation and we may be hitting 60 events per week by halfway through season 3.
