We are implementing a huge restructure in terms of staff and staff training.
One of the aspects our staff really need improving on is customer service. Implementing some new training modules and getting all staff to complete an RSA will better equip them to deal with intoxicated patrons.

In the last fortnight I have received many complaints in terms of staff behaviour and attitude. A certain arrogance has seemed to creep in to the personalities of several staff. And staff have been treating some customers rather disrespectfully. Please note that I am aware of this and there are measures in place to restrict this type of behaviour.
