yeah, fair point.

I guess the point of my post was more along the lines of TDs informing punters they have more options than just pushing all-in until they go bust.

We have one guy always sayig he must go and started pushing all in every hand, but had over double anyone elses stack. He does this every week, but has somehow always managed to stay and win 3-4 events.

what did I do ?

I folded my pocket 7's.

The flop had a 7 and no help to the other hands

the Turn no help to anyone again.

the River is an Ace, Chole make a pair.

So Danny didnt improve his pocket pair, Chole won the hand, had I called my 3 sevens would have won.

But my decision was the correct one at the end of the day as I ended up the winner on the night.

Your decision was a correct one at the end of the hand, Danny had JJ, and you were drawing to 2 outs. Correct fold, regardless of what the board falls.
