Change does not appear to be global (ie: change it at main index and doesn't propogate through to all other sub-forums).
Also, when going back to the mian index, it's reverted to it's initial size again.
This is even after clearing cookies and cache and restarting browser.
I use Firefox 3.0.10
Actually, I'd rather get the fonts better without needing the script.
Unless you have poor vision you shouldn't need them.
Pete, can you tell me what parts of the site are the hardest to see and what are the main culprits?

Re: New Design
Difficult to see (at a glance) which posts i've read, and which I haven't in the "view active topics" list.
Speaking of which, having the "view active topics" link in more places can only be a good thing?
edit: like on the "your message has been posted page"

Re: New Design
yeah the icons could be a little bigger for clicking on new posts in a thread (i.e the little orange icon)
also the icons showing new posts or all read at the side of the board index and threads could be a little bigger also

Re: New Design
I can pretty much only speak for myself here, I think the standard font is probably ok for anyone who has say a 17" or 19" monitor and running at standard 1024*768 res.
I'm running a 24" monitor with native res of 1920*1200
I find if I switch it to maximum font size then everything is what I would then say is reasonably sized for the arrangement that I have.
If I leave it on a smaller font then the things that seem to cramp the most on the Main Index (which is where I always start from) are the forum headings and the icons to the left of them. In particular the little page thingy with the folded corner that you click on to read new posts in that forum. I don't really care who the last post was by so never look at that anyway.

Pardon me, but I think you'll find that's a shovel. See you next Tuesday!

Re: New Design
That's what's weird, if I set it to the maximum font (on the javascript changer) it looks stupidly big.
I'm on 1680x1050 and it's perfect for me.
I'll have to toy with the settings a bit.

Re: New Design
Yeah that makes sense.
Pretty much any DELL monitor that's 24" would have this native res too. Bound to not be the only one with the issue.

Re: New Design
+1 for having the 'view active topics' button on the 'message sent' page like it used to be.
