I reallllllllllllllly don't want this to get into a thing here, so I'll just say this.

Bob, you can come across as somewhat... forward in your posts on the forum. Tone is a very hard thing to express in the written word, and while you see it as "having a joke with my mates" many people do not. Just because you add a few smilies to your post doesn't make things ok.

First of all benny the cunt I thought we were friends of a sort and were able to have a bit of a dig at each other now and then with no malice just a bit of fun.

benny the cunt I realise your an educated man and a teacher and believe it or not I like you as a person and a fellow poker player. I don't think we would be M8's as there seems to some friction between us even in the flesh.

So, for what it's worth I'm going to try and break down my scribes into something more understandable.

The first part of the first paragraph was initially asking where've been seeing I stuffed up again and missed your input. That was meant to be like "how the f..ck r u benny the cunt where u been you missed another one of my cockups"??

The second part was agreeing with you once again because you seem to have this uncanny way of showing me where I'm wrong or the likes 99% of the time. Also meant to of some humour.

The third part of that paragraph was that seeing the whole thing was hypothetical "what the hell were we arguing about" as it didn't really exist????

In the second paragraph I thought I would lighten it up a little by using some of our poker jargon.

That being I thought I had the nuts (thought I was correct) then you benny the cunt Jammed (allowing me to check the post) I fold my cards, retain my stack and live to fight another day.

The good nite was that I'm tired I've been in the friggin garden all day and I'm tired.

Just wondering what you would do in this situation:

Your car breaks down in the middle of nowhere. As an RAA member, you get to stay in a motel for free. But the motel asks you for $50 per night upfront, and you pay it (cos hey, you need somewhere to stay).

After your car is fixed, you ring the RAA about the $50. They tell you that the motel should never have charged you, and they need to pay the money back.

Do you:

A) Keep calling the RAA, wanting your refund?
B) Ring the motel, and ask for a refund?
C) Ring your local MP, complaining about the RAA's service?

* This is a hypothetical situation, based on a similiar experience at work.
Explain why you would do what you have done!

I know I was vague to begin with. I tried to relate a story that occurred at my work, into a real life situation that would translate. It didn't translate well, nor did I tell the whole story.

But it did help me see the 'consumer' view of this. I work for the "RAA" of this story, and one of our members paid a 5-figure sum during a hospital stay no questions asked(edited to remove details, probably not best).
