That paragraph is slightly ambiguous, in that "he/she" is referring to the player going all in.

i am talking about someone all in for 80% of a min raise

is this a legal raise in this case?

He does say "raise" Scott
ok so technically a minimum legal raise is 50%

It's a legal raise in that it's a raise but it doesn't change the action for the people already in from the original call.

A legal raise at all times is a FULL COMPLETE RAISE.

I didn't realise you had gone back to the original query, benny the cunt. It looked like you were refering to the size of a bet that constitutes a raise.
