Completely off topic here, but they are hiring at my workplace. If I thought you actually could be bothered getting a job then I would tell you more
I've been bothered for the past 4 months fwiw. I'm looking, and no one is hiring.
PM me more info.

Whats wrong with busted players dealing?
I used to deal professionally many years ago, card spinning is a bit rusty, but evenrything else is still there, so if i dont qualify, i be happy to deal...

Too many chances for collusion. Could act abusive to other players. "How could you make that call with A high before?"

Could have same problems with non-qualifiers dealing to...
And how does a dealer collude? Although as a Cas dealer i was oft accused of cheating by losing players!
How the hell can I shufffle 8 decks of cards to cheat you mate
(BJ)
Yeah sure we have magnets under the Roulette wheels just like in the movies
Dude, your not playng the house at poker, we just take a rake & dont give a shit who wins
Mate u rolled the craps die or spun the coins in two-up!
Obviously ANY volunteer dealers would need to be briefed on a code of conduct, ie not commenting on plays etc

If it were to be volunteer dealers, they'd have to be under the instruction of TC's and probably hand selected by Tim/Garth etc as to not have any issues.
Also people on the table would have to agree I guess.

Agreed, especially if you are the person who knocked them out. Imagine if you knocked them out with a 10, 7 while playing a hunch, they could make life miserable - especially if they told other players any tells that they had picked up from before!
Please note that I am NOT the World Champ, Australian Champ, SA champ or even the Adelaide Hills champ so any advice I give must be taken with tonne of salt
