Question about Dreamteam Scoreboard

Postby TheRedLadies » Thu Jun 25, 2009 10:25 am

I searched and couldn't find an answer to this question so apologies if I have missed it somewhere.

To qualify for the Dreamteam Scoreboard you need to have played at least 10 Away (Venue) Games and 5 Home (Online) Games and your average is calculated on your best 15 games.

My question is this - is the best 15 games calculated from your best 10 Away games and your best 5 home games? Or is it calculated from your best 15 games overall ?(so could be your best 15 home games if that were the case or your best 15 away games or 12 home and 3 away etc).

Thanks :)

It is the best 15 scores overall to determine your DT average.

its best 15 games - whatever they may be
i.e it will pretty much be made up of 15 home games.

the 10 away game qualification is there so you are least supporting the pubs and not just sitting at home playing for free

Thanks for doing my job guys. Cheers.

They are correct RedLadies. The average is based on the best 15 games, irrespective of where they were played.

thats pretty ridiculous. Surely if the qualifying requires 10 away games and 5 home games, then this is how your best score should be made up from. Otherwise predominantly there is going to be scores only made of 15 home games considering the amount of runners and opportunities to play. Definitely needs some tweeking.

There are games in Victoria that get more runners than the online games. And on a good night, you can find games with 100 runners in the Adelaide CBD.

so?

i dont really see a way around this fact. unless you want to give double points to live games or something, which has proven to not work very well.
