I just noticed this thread, it might be sexist, but at least it is equal parts sexist, racist..... and every other ist that is around

Anyway, I just got the episode that just showed in the UK,
First of season 13, not that interesting, however they reviled who the STIG was!
I could not believe it!
Great to know who it is, and my guess was way off, I thought it was Jenson.

Spoiler:
Mate tells me that the episode shows a Ferrari being tested, and as such, Ferrari only wanted Schuey to drive it, to ensure they get the fastest time around the track.

Its true. Schumacher drove his FXX around the Top Gear circuit. The FXX is for the seriously uber rich who can afford the couple of million dollars to buy the car and never actually have it leave the Ferrari premises. They'll let you drive it from time to time at organised track days, but then you have to hand it back. I dont know about Ferrari only wanting him to drive it to get the best laptime, but Schumacher is still a Ferrari employee and was given his FXX as a gift. Clearly if they rocked up at Dunsford with a black FXX (Schumacher owns the only black FXX in existence) and had The Stig drive it, it would be a bit of a giveaway. It was a nice gimmick and Schumacher was a great sport. The Liana scene at the end was hilarious!

This season is going to be great if the first episode was any indication. The 1949 train vs car vs bike race from London to Edinburgh was pretty intense!

<edit> This doesnt actually need to be spoilered I guess. I'm not revealing the winner of the race, but that train is a magnificent piece of machinery!

At the end of the show, Jeremy Clarkson said I dont think he is the stig... pretty much gives it away.

Just wish top gear seasons are longer. I'm in the process of "obtaining" all the previous ones.

The actual stig is...

Spoiler:
really Ben Collins, as mentioned in numerous articles for the last 6 months. Former F3 and Le Mans racer. I've known it be him (as in heard it to be true) for about 3 years, but he let the cat out of bag when he ordered an "In action" print of the stig from his local art gallery, and when he had a contractor come round to his house to do some work and he found a cupboard with the Stig overalls and racing helmet inside.

Oops.

I want me an FXX. It's toppled the Ascari A10 as the first car I'll buy when I become mega-rich.

ive watched every single episode of top gear even with the fat bloke instead of james

and ive just downloaded and watched the first 2 episodes from season 13 and i have to say

that this season is shaping up to be the best ever, so far episodes 1 and 2 were fantastic, they have even gone and improved the production values even futher which is hard to belive

for those that havent seen it yet this is all i will say

Veyron vs Mclaren F1- un frickin real
Does anyone know how to make money playing uno vs 6 year olds, its about the only card game i get to play these days.

HE'S known for his love of fast cars, now Australia's spin king Shane Warne will be revving up our TV screens as the host of a new series of Top Gear.
