NEW CHALLENGE BLINDS TRIAL

Postby Nathan Butler » Fri Jul 10, 2009 3:22 pm

Hi Everyone

Over the next few weeks as the 888PL continues to develop our AWAY CHALLENGE DIVISION we will begin trialing a new blind and passport structure at selected venues.

The following venues will be included:

The Watermark (Metro South-West)
Checksides Tavern (Metro North-West)
Sir John Franklin (B&G)

I will hopefully squeeze in an East or CBD venue soon!

Each of these game will run with the attached blind structure (see attached PDF) and have a T3000 startting stack.

Each player will receive two poker passports valued at T3000. there will be no add-on value for using passports at the break.

So come check out one of these games and give me some feedback!

No ante's at all? You've also got the 10 min break in the wrong column.

No antes at all.

Had to be removed due to chip outs and time constraints.

Must stress this is a trial.

Ok... sorry but I have to ask..

Why are all trials always CBD, North or East?
We rarely if ever see trials, or several of the goings on out here in the Southern venues.

Sorry but it would be awesome to have had a go at this.

Unfortunately, I won't be able to make the venues listed.

I guess again we miss out????

With the number of venues either not wanting to have CBI events, or who have pulled out, I'm sure they struggled to get three as it was.

Nothing to do with areas.

Remove the ante column then, its not needed.

I'll give this a go at Kapunda.

Sorry Caroline

These trials are for Challenge games only at the moment (Cash buy in) and the Watermark is the furthest event down south we have for the moment! There is still more exciting things to come and i'll be doing my best to get the SOUWF involved.

Heard you had a great time Melbourne, hope your not getting any ideas... you should stick to coming to my events :)

I'm north-east and the closest to me of the three is Checksides Tavern, and that's a good half hour (in traffic of an evening).

How far are you from the Watermark ?
