home games like that are different.

my whole strategy is to play it in the fanciest way possible, in order to lose the most money.

seemed to work pretty well :P

in those home games, i am not there to win money, i am there to have fun. i could easily play tight and either be just up or just down, but thats no fun :P

it was funny second hand in when i 4bet jammed with AQ and glyn snapped with 77 and held. it sorta set the tone of the night for me :P

but yes, hijack over, fancy play FTW

---- UPDATE ----

Went along to The Emu Hotel tonight.
I took everyones advice and instead of going and making it a life or death game, I turned it into one where I didn't think, I just went with my gut and played my natural game, I didn't get bothered, I just went, laughed, and had fun...

BEST MOVE EVER!!!

And much to mine and everyone disgust at the table played pocket jacks, not once, not twice but four times... LOL
and won each time!!
SHhhh won't make a habit of that.. LOL
The funny thing was Jacks turned up all night, it was absolutely hilarious, I even frowned at my niece (Bec) for raising and playing them at one point.. LOL

Well I made final table, I actually went out on pocket 8's... I probably didn't have to push all in with them, they are more of a flat call hand.. because the table contained those that would have called with ace high.

So yeah... made a mistake, but it wasn't life or death as I said, I take that away and remember what I did wrong.

So it helps.. just to take note of what is said on this forum and try to take that advice on board and really give it a shot.

Yep.. one game back, but I am really going to try hard to remember why I love poker... for the friends I am making and points come second!!

THANKYOU SO MUCH EVERYONE!!!!!!
Sincerely!!
