Hmmm, well this rule need to be taught to some of the TD/TA's out there, cos we had this situation just last away game I played, and it was ruled that a call should be the minimum bet, not just a match of the allin.
It was explained that if everyone folded, then the last person only neded to call (in this case) the 200, but otherwise a call was still for a BB...

I actually thought as you guys until that happened, thats the only reason I posted the rule, as it had been explained less than a week ago... But wrongly it seems.

No, because i thought the TA knew what they were talking about.
No one else explained how they knew the particular ruling, so why is it expected that i should have?

Of course it was my words in the OP???
I was paraphrasing what I was told my a memeber of 888PL staff 5 days earlier, and the reason the TA explained the rule to me as they did, was cos i queried them over it, as I thought as the rule actually is, but they overuled me. I was dealing the hand at the time, a player went allin for 1/4 the BB another placed out a full BB anouncing 'call' and I said, "no you only need meet the original bet here to call', TA was watching the hand and overuled me. I asked him to explain why and that is what he told me.
Not the first time 888PL staff have been wrong to, a few weeks prior at 100/200 a player bet 400 post flop, and another player put out 600 anouncing raise. I said that a raise must be atleast the size of the previous bet (so 800 here), TA was called over and said no, raise can be just the BB over the initial bet, and i knew that was wrong and called over Caleb (TC) who put things straight, ruling that what I said in the first place was correct...

Also, if you are retelling something that was explained to you, of course it sounds like your words, how is anyone to know you are simply retelling an explanation that you got yourself???
