this argument/discussion was actually borne from big Matty, who has been around for ever so you would think would know the correct rulling.

but after discussion with him further ( took big cash of him at the shed on saturday night) he is similar to others that had this impresion of the rules due to TD's umpiring it this way.

While most TD's do an excellent job, im not sure if all of them know the rules quite as well as they should.
