trishan would be i reckon.

lets take the example of the player that is in 5th place on the home scoreboard, and will be 5th on the DT scoreboard when enough games are played.

this person has a 14% final table ratio, but has had 2 high results in the gf freeroll games.

this person's average has gone from 126 to 189 on the back of these two results.

tell me how this is fair?

Garth if you are out there - why couldn't you just award 310 points to every player who scored more than 310 in GF qualifiers. Even this would make things more even.

aaron, stop being a tool

you know i have no complaints about your results, i have said this repeatedly to you in private and on here. you deserve to be in top spot, most definitely

this is my whole point. the inequity of this single tournament compared to the rest is what i am most annoyed about.

Ben, how is it fair that my JJ 3-bet, & 2x callers, got boated by 24hh.

Poker isn't fair.

Yeh but we're talking about the poker league here. The difference between scoring $1.2k and $500.

i am talking about consistency, and that the results of an individual tournament count too heavily in my opinion.

But seriously, this would be a pretty cool idea for future seasons (for anyone that doesn't know, 310 is the max amount of points possible without playing the GFF - 1st/200).

I thought capping the points at 400 runners was fair.

my personal average would jump by 29 points on the back of a gf qualifier win. hardly a fair comparison compared with the effort required to post results in the other 130 or so games.
