If it's just a standard envelope, I'd say that's the problem. But I haven't seen the packaging it comes in yet, so I could be wrong.

Standard envelopes + the weight of the object inside is the cause of the damage.

I've spent too many hours with the AusPost logistics dept :?

Like many others I have received my letter minus the card protector.

I cannot wonder if there are heaps of card protector sitting in mail bags or on the floor of the sorting rooms, if it was caused by non human reason. Now how hard would it be for AP to figure there has been a problem and contact 888pl and or notice there has been a problem.

In the past If I have received damaged mail there is usually a sticker over the damaged area requesting I contact AP customer service if anything is missing.

Why not this time ? ? ?

Mega Thanks to Garth ......I emailed Garth re missing item soon after the mail was delivered he reponderedvery quickly and was on top of it straight away.....well don Garth

It depends where in the delivery process the damage has occurred.
