I got mine today and all it was was a envelope that had been torn in half with half a letter inside , no protector or token. Aus post had placed it in one of their own envelopes that had a sticker on it from the rewraps dept in Dandenong.

Would love another one Garth to put with my poker nick nac display above my poker table

Sent you a email today regarding this so hope to hear from you soon

Same, but my token was still inside the original envelope.

Hi, Garth is there any other way can collect the online win card protector?
I really do not want to give my home address to the 888pl.
Can I collect at my local venue or at the next Foundation Semi Final in Victoria?

What is the issue with supplying your mailing address so I can get someone to write it on an envelope?

Whilst you may not want to supply your mailing address, I certainly do not want to set a precedent where I have to monitor which players play at what venues or holding over prizes to Semi Finals. I hope you can understand the logistical headache that occurs when we set this precedent, and we have enough of those already.

I am sorry but you can perhaps speak to a friend about using their mailing address, get a PO box or speak to your local TC. But as you can see: we have had players waiting a substantial amount of time for these prizes and now we have issues with card protectors going missing. I wish to focus on rectifying these issues before dealing with player's who wish to have special circumstances surround their delivery.

Sorry to hear that Garth.
It looks like I will have to sadly miss out, as I am unwilling to give out personal details so freely.

LOL its not like 888pl is publishing your details or sharing them with any companies.

It is a well known Australian company.

I'm guessing you have something to hide.
