I supported the bombers because I didn't want to read any more of Rucci's articles in the paper anymore (and he refers to Channel 9 as 'Channel Crow' - what hypocrisy).

The Advertiser should come in 2 editions, normal and one without a mention of the crows; Seriously, the crows haven't won the premiership and they are not gods (Johnathon Brown on the other hand ... ), so why does the Adelaide media treat them so?

Brisbane won 3 premierships in a row, Collingwood won 4 - if the crows ever win 5 in a row then I will treat them as special.

One team is in the finals. One team isn't. One team will therefore recieve more media coverage.

Yeah I know, i just sometimes get sick and tired of the news coverage they receive. They were on the front and back of the paper most days of last week.

I thought Bombers played well the first quarter then kept missing passes and tackles and making poor decisions from the 2nd quarter onwards. That said the crows must have given the umpires sexual favours pre-match because some of the decisions (especially some of the in the backs) were horse-crap.

Everyone wrote off the Bombers preseason saying we would be bottom 4 and I am happy with our season- beating Collingwood at the G on Anzac day in a thriller, slaying St Kilda and beating the reigning premiers, twice. We did it without our number one ruckman Hille. Some awesome new talent - Hurley, Pears, Hocking. Bring on 2010.

seriously, how could they go into a final without a ruckman though. that was a horrible decision. maric isn't the best ruckman going around, and he absolutely destroyed you guys

particularly the ANZAC clash and the saints match showed both great heart and skill for such a young list. Some of their play across the year was breathtaking for it's speed and flair. I for one am excited about next year

teh bombers were a great team to watch during the year - certainly very quick and attacking. that probably doesn't translate too well into finals footy, but they certainly have a lot of good young players to build a list around.

back to the crows now, when was the last time that you could say that the a crows forward line looked genuinely dangerous? never before have the crows looked so good in attack.

i tell you what, they should pay kurt tippett 1 million a year if thats what it takes, the way the forward line structures around him is AWESOME.
