Still waiting on a response from 888. I should have one shortly but I would say the reoccurrence has ceased for these games and will need to be recycled.

I would expect everything to be fine by tomorrow but we will wait and see.

So current problems in last week are:

1.) $2 Race to Grand Final Tourney not up in time.
2.) 888PL Grand Final Rebuy tournaments not ceased in time.
3.) Friday night 11.30pm Foundation game; cap reduced to 150 in last week of season.
4.) Email distributed to players in regards to secret frenzy, email contained wrong details no password and should not have been distributed to players.
5.) 6 players that I am aware of could not register for this tournament.
6.) Several games now missing from lobby on first day of new season.

Wow that's a good list. Anything else I need to add before I send one of my nicely worded emails to all parties involved?

Just let me say, that we've been online for 3 months now right, so we shouldn't be having these type of issues at all.

Just let me say, that we've been online for 3 months now right, so we shouldn't be having these type of issues at all.

Let me say that this is the first rollover of season events of 888PL we have experienced as well.

If you knew the problems the ops team has faced today you would be amazed, what you are experiencing is about 25% of the problems we have had today and still experiencing, up until six hours ago we weren't able to operate any live events.

888 has definitely let us down over the last fortnight and to say I am not pleased is an understatement. Right now the 888PL management team has little control over the online operations and what occurs and because 888 is a multi national company it makes communicating problems difficult and quick resolutions nigh on impossible.

I apologise for the inconvenience but I was not aware of this problem until you highlighted it, which I thank you for, but this is unexpected and I am working on a quick resolution. Apart from that this is the aspect of the competition that I have no control over and 888 are most definitely making us look bad.
