if you have not logged in before, your password will be your card number also

put ur card number in and click forgot password

make sure u have given ur local TC ur email address so they can update it in the system. they need to sync their computer b4 it is uploaded so give it a day or so.

u will be sent a link to ur email address click on that and change ur password to whatever.

u should be good from there
