has to be pot limit. and a challenge game, otherwise people will just shove because they can.

When was the last time you played a CBD game? Whenever I've played the Office or Winstons, I haven't even needed to do a lap of the block to find a carpark within 45 seconds walk of the venue.

It's only the West End (Hindley Street) that is an issue, the East is fine.

Nathan Butler wrote:Hi Everyone,

I am considering starting an Omaha game in in the CBD. I am intersted to know the following.

Would you play?
Would you prefer a Challenge game or Foundation game?
Would you prefer NO LIMIT or POT LIMIT Omaha?
Woudl you like to play with our staff or prefer they do not play?

Open to a good discussion here guys, add anything you think would make this a good game.

I think you'll have some issues with people playing all 4 hole cards :)

you would definitely need some sort of education. maybe even a short "cheat sheet" where people can read up about basic strategy

3 weeks back at the Winstons it took me nearly 30 mins to find a park, it was unseasonably warm and the volley ballers were out. Just wait until summer!

Nahh... just tell everyone, it's the same as hold 'em, but you MUST use 2 cards and 2 cards only.
