5 cards 8 or lower. Lower than 8 denotes the 8 is precluded.

And I'd limp in with that hand every day of the week in limit PLO8 ;)

The danger is limping in with hands weighted towards winning the low pot. There is always a hi pot; a low pot requires 3 cards 8 or lower on the board. And it's the low pots that invariably end up being halved or quartered.

You flopped middle set, I flopped an OESD. I turn a flush draw and top set. We both river a house, I have the 2nd nuts, you have the 5th nuts.

Board: 2s 4d 9c Qd 9c

My hand: Q Q 5d 3d

benny the cunt's hand: 4 4 x x

I collect a $110~ pot by c/c all the way :D

Action went: I open pot 4 handed. All call. $3 ish pot on flop. I check, benny the cunt leads pot, I'm the only caller. Turn falls, he leads $10, I flat. River comes and he grabs around $30, I call and declare the 2nd nuts, he rolls his eyes, shows me the 44 and folds.
