888PL GF changes thread

Postby AceLosesKing » Mon Oct 19, 2009 6:25 pm

Story here:

http://www.888pl.com.au/NewsStory.aspx?id=1051

Discussion here also!

"2. Payout Structure*

These are the minimum payouts with the prize pool currently sitting at $119,500. We expect a few more direct buys in over this week and there is also the 5 Seat GTD rebuy event at the WAFC on Friday night that may generate more than the allocated five seats."

I know quite a few players that want to direct buyin but were told this was impossible - is this still the case? Because if so I can let them know they still have time...

Payout structure looks excellent btw.

I have a limited amount of seats left for direct buy in - about 8 by my reckoning.

Who told them they couldn't buy in directly? Maybe they didn't meet the qualification criteria for direct buy in, especially if they have contacted Tim or Michael already.

Spoke to a few players and they said they asked (I don't know who) and they were told there were no seats left. Cheers though, I'll let them know!
