idea...
10 week season

1st week monday
2nd week tuesday
3rd week wed
4th week thurs
5th week friday
repeat .. maximizes participation for workers/ away game regulars / socializes and promotes participation in games throughout the season.

I would honestly prefer every 3.5 minutes to ensure that I make each one. I mean - for christ sake.
