Quite simply that the majority of players on this table where extremely tight.
I had raised the last three hands from UTG by 2.5 - 3 X and received no play.
The min raise was a deviation from normal operating procedures and I was hoping that a few players might decide to mix it up and hopefully spew some chips or decide to at least see a flop. And at that stage I had 15 BB's so I knew my chips were going in and this was the best position for it. I'm not looking for folds or to go heads up here, I want to go at least multiway with three opponents.
At a minimum I had a good feeling the button would play in position with ATC, if he didn't re raise.
The bigstack on the table called and he was probably the loosest player on the table.
Now with the stack sizes, both villains weren't folding a flush draw, unless I jammed. As well as the fact that the Queen hit both their limping ranges (previous experience and data). So knowing that I was more than likely going to get max value here, i made a very weak c bet on the flop hoping to incite a re raise with marginal holdings from the big stacks.
Instead I get two flats, not what I was really looking for. I decide to jam the turn simply because the pot was worthwhile and I knew I was getting one caller. Just hoping he wasn't holding QJ.
