I turn it on and the mothertrucker RROD on me. I scream and turn it off. Works fine.

Had it on for 6h and I'm not stopping yet. Just finished MW2's single player campaign in one go, it was excellent. Having a go at PURE now, fun arcade style racing here. And in still have Bioshock, Lego Batman and PES 09 to go through.

Nah, not a big Sony fan. Plus it's uber expensive and there's mo exclusives worth buying the console for.

i was a PES freak up until PES 6 (owned both PES 5 and PES 6 on ps2), but i have played FIFA08 and FIFA 09 now, as well as playing the new PES, and FIFA is quite clearly better now. no contest. 100% of the reviews i have read agree with this also.

seriously aaron, i would expect better from a gamer such as yourself than getting the new PES over FIFA. you are stuck in the past my friend.

to be fair, FIFA wasn't offered on the deal I got (pes was free). No, I haven't played the new FIFA, but in my experience, pes > FIFA. Pes has just been soooo far along in terms of control and experience for so long, I doubt that FIFA have caught up with 09/2010... But I'll take your word for it.

100% correct here. I have played all of the PES games and FIFA games on both PS2 and PS3 and since FIFA 08 (the PS3 version, not the PS2 version - that was crappy), and PES 08 (where the games were about level i think) FIFA is most certainly better now.
