your bet/3bet on the flop looks uber strong, and it looks like he doesn't care.

that to me says he has a set.

i think you should have flat called his raise, and checked to him on the turn. that way you let him continue with a worse range.

i also think that flatting here and check/calling the turn is the way to go. Lots of value from weak aces.
