I had a similar situation last time I stayed at the casino but in reverse. Really cocky bastard at the table who was super agressive at me. Laughed everytime I folded to him with comments like "You are playing with the big boys honey just pass us your chips" . Took a couple of small pots from him but he was getting me for more.I was winning but not against him. But then came the big one
I was holding k j suited
Flop K J 2 rainbow I bet he called
turn K I bet he called
River 10
I bet he pushes all in for another $200 and says "don't call sweetie I have the nuts"
I call with the response "well it is a split pot then"
He turns over his K 10 and I take his chips. A couple of guys giggled and another said you showed her. All I could say in my sweet innocent voice was " So I win????"
He left straight after that so angry I thought he was going to explode. Oh well he shouldnt have played with the big boys.

Pretty standard, when i read the line "turn comes a J" i said in my head "KJ i bet".

He could have easily had KQ as well.

Also, how are your reads AK, AQ when everyone limped into the pot?

prior hands with him, he would limp in with a strong Ace...

i think the main lesson i learnt is: lots of liqour + poker = loss
