The 888pl site has the venue times in straight html, but some of the fluff requires flash. The developers wanted users to see the site in all its glory and as such have told browsers to redirect if flash fails to load. Similar to the old pages for browsers with javascript turned off.
Your developers either need to specify a separate page for non flash compliant browsers, or just allow the placeholder to remain when the flash wont load.
