New 888pl Website is UP!!!

How do you set up the My Leaderboards function & when I check the My Tournament history tab, nothing comes up.

And yes I've played away games this season b4 anyone asks

I can bring up my player profile by searching a venue, and clicking my name...

Turn the REQUIREMENT of Flash off.
The site runs fine without it. If you have flash, cool.

But I can't even see the tournaments for today because of the built in "you need flash" when really, you don't.

If the tournaments were posted in flash, fine but they aren't.

Yeah, was so frustrating to see the list flash up before being redirected to a page that says I wasn't allowed to see it!

Also, just another mention of the issues with only a few genes being shown - I didn't thnk to ask for susequent pages to be posted and as such stayed home

Dave and I were trying to track down a venue for last night, but as neither of us were home, we were using iphones. iPhones do not work with flash due to a spat between apple and adobe.

The 888pl site has the venue times in straight html, but some of the fluff requires flash. The developers wanted users to see the site in all its glory and as such have told browsers to redirect if flash fails to load. Similar to the old pages for browsers with javascript turned off.

Your developers either need to specify a separate page for non flash compliant browsers, or just allow the placeholder to remain when the flash wont load.
