The problem was raised on this forum, the forumers and then the 888pl management pointed out that this was not the place to get such problems fixed and that maybe an email to 888 would suffice.

Although I feel like I am stepping into the middle of an argument, there is one issue that might be 888pl specific:

Looking at your account, you sometimes use a rather old version of our software, even today you were using the old software of ours. I suggest
that you download and get the new version.

I know there have been issues in the past with 888pl members downloading the software directly from 888, and have had to download from 888pl website link or CD.

Garth, is this still an issue? How do 888pl members go about updating their software?

Most sites usually have an auto update feature when you first load them.

As for the link it will always be an issue/ Best i can say is still use the link you have currently from the cd or from the 888pl website. Let it update in its own time.
