I am seeing this on so many players in the home game leaderboard.
Does this mean they are suspended or have they cancelled their account or is it just a temporary glitch?

Sorry if this has been asked, but I couldn't find the answer to this anywhere.

I think it has something to do with the problems in linking accounts etc.

Ok several players have created multiple accounts by registering in venue as well as the website.

When the online results are processed the home game user names are automatically matched to accounts in our database via matching criteria; i.e: Mobile, address, name and email address.

Now several of these usernames have linked online results to the incorrect website registered account. I have to cancel these accounts and manually link online results to a new account.

I hope that clear it ups, excuse me why I go freaking mental because I am sick of these stuff ups!

I made the mistake of registering online before i got my new card , hence , i was one of the problems ...

That is why my scores have disappeared (showing cancelled) atm .. Hopefully they will be back up in time ..

Apologies for the hassles to the powers that be ..
