I agree with you benny the cunt as it's my understading that if the player has chips but is not seated then the cards are dealt and mucked when the dealer receives or deals the last card.

last time I played a cash table there, they didn't deal the person in if they left the table,

and that was 3 weeks ago!

they might've changed since though.

Again, that's a cash game, where only seated players are dealt in.

All stacks are dealt to in a tournament.
