Couple of quick Knock outs
Sarah Catterwell is eliminated when [As qh] loses a race on the turn to the [ad 3c] of John brown.
Duncan Robertson our Tasmanian Foundation Semi Final winner loses when his all in with [as 4s] is called by the big stack of Gavin Thorpe holding [jh 6d] the jack on the flop sealed the deal as Duncan failed to improve on the turn and the river.

Larcombe Levels
David Larcombe manages to double up with the [as 7c] vs his opponents [9h ts]
The board comes down [kc ah 2d] to give David the top pair the board bricked with the turn [5h] and to add insult the [ad] comes down to give David trips.

Chip Counts
Heading the top of the leaderboards we have a few of the bigger chip stacks on the tables.
Robert Lark is leading the field with over 300k in chips.
Meanwhile Haylee Allen is holding her own with 205k.
Bahri O is also going well with 226k in his stack.

Amber Villarosa pushed all in and was reraised by Nathan Lewis who was called by Brad McCabe. The cards were revealed with Amber holding [2c 3d] Nathan was holding [8s 9s] and Brad holding the best hand [kd qh]
The board ran out [8c 4s 4c 6d 5h]. Giving Amber the miracle river card straight and Nathan surviving with the side pot.

Bahri Bounces another one
Kyle Gavell pushes all in for his last Chips and is called by the big stack of Bahri O. Kyle is in good shape with the [Ks Jh] against Bahri's [9h th]
However the flop came down [9d 2h 2c] giving Bahri top pair and Kyle a handful more out. However the board runs out [5s 9s] to give Bahri the full house and Eliminate Kyle in the process.

old-man daryl Dazzles
In a huge pot we come to the action on the flop of [2c as qd] old-man daryl Westley has pushed all in, and time is eventually called on John Brown. He makes the call and is at risk of being eliminated.
old-man daryl's [Ad Jd] is well behind John's [Ac Ks]. The turn card is the [Js] and the meaningless [8c] falls on the river.
John Brown is eliminated and old-man daryl Takes down a pot worth over 240k.

Re: Official S2 2009 Live Reporting Thread.
End of the day and tomorrows fun
With 38 players left in the field, we will be playing tomorrow 9 handed, as well as having some of the lovely Tournament Captains dealing at the players tables.
The other big news is the WSOP rebuy satellite tomorrow at 1pm, with a 12pm rego, If you get here early Russ Learmonth is running super turbo sit n go's tomorrow for $5 you can win entry into the tournament, and if you play the more expensive super turbos you might win entry and a rebuy or two. So get down early and get ready to go to have a chance at one of the biggest poker tournaments in the world.
