This functionality is available with most other phones and I've been asked to investigate by some execs at work if its possible for iPhone. So far I can't find anything.

Syncing iPhone with Outlook NOT exchange
Having been denied access to sync with exchange server, I need a way to sync an iphone with outlook so you can at least view emails on the go that were on your PC last time it docked, and draft responses to be sent when connecting iphone back to PC. This works flawlessly with for calendars.
