AVI files

Postby Swanky » Tue Feb 23, 2010 5:22 pm

I haven't done this for aaaaaages.
I have a few avi files I want to burn to a DVD to watch on a DVD player.
Do I just burn them as an avi file and it's fine, or do I need to convert them to something??

This. Or plug you laptop into your plasma via HDMI. DVD will be obsolete within 10 years or sooner i think.

Get a media player, and copy the files onto USB stick, or an external hard drive :)

Convert into drg format and watch on your Nintendo DS :)

Nah it's for Lisa's room. here plasma in there doesn't have HDMI.
I'll be getting one of those fancy boxes like Scott and Dave have that play avis soon and that will be the end of DVD's for good I reckon.
