Does anyone know if and when we will be having the infamous Berri Deepstack this year?
Had a great time last time and would like to go again this year but would like to know the dates in advance if possible, I have a few OS conferences held between June and August and thus want to know if I can make it.
Cheers

Berri Resort isn't an 888pl venue. Pretty sure it won't happen.
I'm not perfect. I'm what perfect aspires to become

An event just like that would be really good to still have somewhere other than Berri though (not that I know where, I'm just hoping!)
Pardon me, but I think you'll find that's a shovel. See you next Tuesday!

Re: Berri Deepstack 2010
the 1st one was awsome, the 2nd pretty good but the lack of interest by the management show how kill a good event, after the 2nd Deepstack the regular friday night game went down hill rapidly again because the venue had no one in management that was interested in poker since Simmo left.
I would agree we want, no demand a 2010 deepstack.
grovelling now Mr Tim and Mr Garth can we please have a deepstack this year.

42.7 percent of all statistics are made up on the spot.

The event was a money-loser Gundog. It's that simple.

The deepstack will not occur in Berri. If it is revived it will need to be becuase of a venues proactive advances towards us to help them host it.

old man Swanky approach them.
Wirrina cove resort would be a perfect location. Great scenery, loads of additional activities to do and I am certain that the resort would love to have the extra business as there really isnt much option to stay elsewhere in that area.
My inclination is that Wirrina would not be aware of the possibilities of hosting such an event.
Thus is it possible that management could send out the word to the resort just to see if they would be slightly interested?
