The event was a money-loser Gundog. It's that simple.


My point exactly it wasnt from the hotels perspective but sure NPL/888 suffered the loss but with a positive hotel management the event could have been a profitable for both parties. The pub made money and did nothing in return, I'd expect 888pl to give it and any other venue that would not truely support the event the flick.

National comp, therefore Mildura might be an option, similar travelling distance from both major cities, guaranteed higher numbers, and we get to drink with mike and trishan again. fun times guaranteed.

any of the vic people on here know someone from mildura who might be able to do some investigating???
