Garth rocks. cheers for the time it took to write that. much clearer, and even if players are still annoyed, they at least know where everything is at.

players only get annoyed because they care so much and want to see this company remain the best.

thanks again garth.

You are right there Matt.

I think I can comment on this issue better than most, having experienced it in both seasons (still not a brag thread!), but I think the 888pl have been more than generous with their prizes. Let's face it, if the prize was just the leaderboard cash payouts, I don't think it would make a difference to how people would have played it, the cash incentives given for what could be achieved by playing free poker have been more than generous I think. The "experience" for season 1 DT was probably a dissapointment for some people (the 888 poker party), but don't forget it was an all expenses paid trip for 2 to Melbourne, staying in 5 star accom, and attending an "invite only" party along side alot of elite people. The next one will be a poker tourney, but I am not sure that flights and accom are included, so might not be as good an "experience"?? (i.e. no 5 star accom and no flights....).

I think we all need to put it in perspective, 888pl have provided a great product, and followed through with their guarantees. They have a problem at the moment simply because they tried to revamp their website (probably didn't need to, but still had the players' interests at heart).

I don't believe they should in any way be told that the DT prizes they have awarded are dissapointing as I am sure alot more goes into these things than any of us realise.

Let's hope the website and scoreboard issues can be fixed asap, and we can have the type of customer service we are used to from 888pl, i.e. second to none.....

Cheers,

Jo

Good post Joe.

And as you say for 'free poker' you can't be anyting but impressed with the level of prizes on offer.
