Did someone else at the table declare they had folded a K while the hand was still in play? Otherwise you mean a 2-outer. I only mention this because I have recently heard a few people at my local away venue say thing like "Wow i only have 1 out" meaning only a K can win for me, not understanding that outs are counted by the number of cards of whichever ranks are your outs, not the ranks themselves... Also amazin how few people cared! Thought it quite funny they wanted to talk about outs, then shrugged it off, when it is politely explained "If you need a K, then you have 2( possibly 3) outs"
Also benny the cunt, I am still drinking my wake-up coffee, but there are a few things in your calc I dont get why you have put in there, for example, that the chances of KK and QQ is conditional on you having Aces? I thought, the only other hands conditional on you having Aces are other hands with an Ace in it?
Also why do you multiply by the 9C3 at the end?
The answer is probably obv but I can see it...
THere is a fairly well known hand on youtube and probably various other sources, of just this scenario at the final table of a European (I think) event. 2 of the players know each other extremely well, as the commentators have remarked, and the guy with the Kings FOLDS after the other calls the allin by the 3rd guy with QQ. He said it was because he knew there was only 1 hand this particular player would possibly call an allin with at a FT with still so many chips. Pity, there was a K on the flop! (he folded face up)
@Caleb, either a moster of a 6 handed deal occured, or all that dye is starting to seep into your head and make you hallucinate
{Edit:} Caleb RNGs dont shuffle cards, but I know what you meant...
+ I have written a long post as to why people (even bad shufflers) ARE better than computers... (under the 'for all poker is rigged' - not that I am suggesting it is, here or in that post)
The chances of any hand are 1 in 1326, it might seem like there would be a small chance of getting the same cards again, but 54hh it just as likely to be dealt to you any hand. So just mutiply that by 3...
