well I congratulate you on your loyality.
In the midst of MM last night a couple of players were discussing the NPL invasion into a couple of venues in a country area, if its the only game in town and you want to play poker, I think your going to play.
From acorns grow giant oak trees, the majority of players in the sticks are not overly concerned about the big games at the end of the season, this is evident from my own area where at some events you see less than 50% of eligible players attend.
Why is the question that should be asked, I dont have the answer.
Then stop and ask yourself why would a venue change from 1 provider to another, if your in a regional area and your numbers have deminished, its marginal as to wether it profitable or not, another provider pops up and offer them to keep a cheaper product that will allow them to retain the bulk of their player group, of course they will consider the change, because the various big games are of no real concern to them all they want is bums on seats.
